Delete your Barabar account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Barabar and go to the Account tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete everything.

Your account is deleted immediately. Any wallet balance left is lost, so spend it first. You can’t delete while a ride is live; finish or cancel it first.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email Show email address from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Barabar account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in and email, name, number, gender setting, driver documents (CNIC, licence, vehicle, selfie), wallet balance and history, favourites, blocks, and any ride you were still searching for.

What doesn’t

Past trips stay on the other person’s trip history, but without your name or number. Reports you made about other people stay anonymised so safety decisions still hold. Anonymous totals, like the number of rides completed in a city, stay.
